Mi vengono le lacceime agli occhi .... che emozione ... quest’auto l’ho avuta aracione ... dal 1984 al 86 sopra ci ho passato gli anni più belli della mia vita e anche il grande amore ... mia moglie. Avevo perfino montato i sedili dell’Ami 8 che erano reclinabili e ci stavano perfettamente ... quando li tiravi giù diventava un grande salotto ... 🤔 e mi son sempre chiesto perchè non li montassero di serie ...
Per chi non a mai guidato una Diane, non può capire il restauro di questa auto, io si, consumi quasi nulli zero problemi ,manutenzioni quasi niente, unica pecca aveva le lamiere un Po' sottili, ma era un auto per la categoria molto spaziosa. Il meccanico e carrozziere che ha fatto il lavoro è un artista, se potessi lo abbraccerei, purtroppo professionisti così ne esistono davvero pochi, vorrei avere un carrozziere come lui. Bravissimo!!!
Eine einwandfreie Arbeit! Da kann man nichts anders sagen. Ich führ eine Dyane 6 Ende der 1970ern. Mit der habe ich eine Waschmaschine und einen Kühlschrank gleichzeitig transportiert, nachdem ich mit wenigen Handgriffen die Rückbank entfernt hatte. Das soll mir mal einer mit einer von diesen modernen Kisten nachmachen. Ein absolut fantastisches Auto! MsG
Un vero gigante del restauro! Pochi sanno fare un simile lavoro e ancor meno con una così grande maestria. Sono rimasto senza parole per tutta la durata del video, un vero e proprio artista capace di realizzare da zero (o quasi) e in proprio un’opera d’arte su ruote!
@@guidowi doverosi, su you tube e su “motor trend” (canale 59) ci sono decine di programmi di restauro di auto ma pochi fanno lavori così accurati e precisi. Molti si limitano ad “imbellettare” e riparare le cose più vistose per rendere l’auto appetibile ma qui stiamo parlando di una vettura pari al nuovo (anzi, forse anche meglio, non so se Citroën in quegli anni si impegnava così tanto nella costruzione)!

Super restauro, bravissimo chi l'ha eseguito e grande Citroen Italia che finalmente ha capito quanto il suo inestimabile patrimonio storico sia importante anche e soprattutto per vendere auto nuove. Quando 11/12 anni fa andavo in Gattamelata con la Dyane Rouge De Rio mi guardavano un pò come nostalgico o antistorico, ma mi fa molto piacere che la mentalità nel tempo di cambiata! Dopo 2cv Soleil, DS23, Dyane 6 aspettiamo il poker! W Citroen!

I have a 1982 Citroen Dyane 6 that has been sitting in my garage for years in the same red colour that deserves this treatment - its not too rusty and the engine ran a few years ago when I out it back on the road for a year. Well done! Inspirational....
Restauro veramente apprezzabile. ho sempre coltivato l'idea di comprare una 2cv per la sua simpatia e perchè abitando in zona fiera a Milano ero vicinissimo alla sede centrale italiana di Citrôen e le 2cv e le Dyane le ho viste in vetrina senza poterle raggiungere nonostante il prezzo popolare.Sapere che l'Atelier Citroen è qui a Milano e vedere come lavora ravviva le mie intenzioni. Complimenti complimenti complimenti e un bravo grande come una casa!
Great job... excellent restoration.... just beautiful.... and great memories for me. I had a Dyane in 1976 but sold it three years later when my first daughter was born... I thought it wasn't safe enough lol. I wished I still had it! I remember trying to get a Road Worthy Certificate (required in Melbourne, Australia on vehicle ownership transfer). I couldn't fault the brakes, but I couldn't get them to pass the RWC test because they squealed. After trying every thing I filed the leading edge of the brake shoe and all was fixed! Certainly a fun car to drive.
For shore this gentleman is an expert! Know how and talent gave us this result, a beautiful classic car shining as New! Congratulations for amazing job

Incredibilmente identici agli originali persino i cartellini adesivi, le numerazioni a vernice e i colpi di pennello che venivano applicati sui pezzi a prova di avvenuto controllo in catena di montaggio.

The Citroen Dyane was my first car when I lived in the UK and I loved it. 602cc of raw power!!! Mine was in the classic Heinz baked beans orange and I just wish I could find one here in there US.

Brings back memories! We had an orange Dyane 6L from 1978 till 1987. Don't remember driving it in secong gear, but had a try in first gear at least, I think, was a wee lad at this time :) Very nice restoration, thank you for the video of it! :)
