    Great progress! My T90 is on the road again thanks to your and Dominic Chinea's inspiration. I see you have Wellseal which I used throughout with great success. No oil leaks at all! When I joined my cases the halves were not perfectly aligned with a small but detectable step in the barrel joint. I couldn't loosen those two screws in the mouth of the case to adjust it so had to live with it. No leaks though so it's ok. I didn't have the barrels back from the rebore shop at the time otherwise I could have temporarily bolted the block onto the case before tightening the case bolts so guaranteeing a perfect joint. I hope this helps.

      Glad yours is on the road!
      I’ve got a deadline. I’m riding it up the hillclimb at Shelsley Walsh in May at the 75th anniversary of the triumph owners club. So I’m feeling in a rush now!!

      Your cycle parts are done and it doesn't take long to build the motor if you have all the parts so you will have no trouble meeting your deadline. If you can get to the Fleet Classic bike ride out on 6th May you could well win a prize.

      ​@@suzukisavIt's a 200 mile round trip for me. I did it on my '71 250 Trail Blazer last time which was quite a trek!
