I'm so happy over the last several months I found you and that you are vegan too !!! I teach Yoga and Pilates ... I like to run. I miss teaching Aerobics. Stretching is perfect in the morning after 16 oz of water. I love soy milk in my coffee...(I only drink like 4oz) I love green tea .. matcha especially. Acai bowls are so so good !! I use Tatcha serum for face, dewy cream and facial oil... It's changed my life so much !!! I want to go to Japan and learn more things to help me enjoy my life. Return back to learning Japanese. My husband is Japanese from Oahu!! We go to Little Tokyo Los Angeles and our good friend owns Anime Jungle.

Btw I noticed this if you feel like your still hurting while doing Pilates even with the yoga mat, get a thicker one. They feel much better and don’t hurt ur hands or knees as much. Anyways, I love this video and ur workout outfit was so cute ❤😭
