Guys there is a super clear "dislike" between the cohosts :D Bassel is controlling the show too much. Karim is being sided. Karim is too apologetic when it comes to asking a question or proposing an opinion. Karim looks to Bassel in they eyes each time he speaks as if he is trying to gain the "approval" from Bassel. Even the guests talk to Bassel directly and call his name only. Also, Bassel roasts Karim too much in away that's not funny anymore. He puts Karim under the spotlight in a sarcastic way and often try to prevail his charisma. This is so unbalanced.
Some tips:
- Switch your seats, have Karim nearer to the guests.
- Ask the guest to evenly distribute their eye contact, their attention, and their call ups for your names equally.
- Karim, do not be apologetic. Although I do not personally like your opinions, but at the end of the day they are your opinions and you have to freely express them.
- Bassel, either fully accept Karim as an equal cohost or don't partner up doing the podcast at all.
Sorry for the long comment, I just liked your podcast and wanted for it to be completely nice with no any disturbance. Good luck.

I wouldn't say it's a dislike at all, but just an imbalance that may be due to the fact that Bassel just has more experience being under the spotlight due to his profession. Also I enjoy Bassel's humor because it makes the episode flow better and makes it feel less like an interrogation/interview and more like a fun conversation. I look forward to his jokes and his funny looks, especially because the topics they talk about can be very serious and heavy. I think it would be even funnier if Karim roasted him as well lol. But overall, I think this is an amazing podcast that has great potential. There are very few Egyptian podcasts that are video recorded and they really do a great job at both entertaining and educating the viewer. Personally, I live in the US and it makes me so happy to see that people back home are finally having these conversations and being so open and honest. Keep going, you guys are doing amazing :)
