Question: what stops someone with a screwdriver from opening the lock and manually unlocking it? I’m sure I’m missing something simple but from the video that’s how it seems to me st least.
I believe the lock is installed in the prison gate like a mortise lock: slid inward from the side, then another set of screws or bolts hold it in place. Thus the gate has to be open to remove it: and I'm sure the screws holding it in the gate would be some kind of tamper resistant screw.
And if it's about someone shoving a screwdriver in the keyhole, that wouldn't work because the levers aren't at the correct hight, the cylinder stops at 11 o clock when the wrong key or tool
Were do you get your spring information to reassemble the lock. Like the video says 25251. where do you get these numbers from. thanks
I call them pancake locks---once you are behind it the only thing you eat is pancakes--slid under the door
I'd love to try picking one of those puppies.

Difficult to pick due to the opposing notches on the fence and gate.
should only use tri-flo to lube folger or southern locks in fact thats the only lube they will tell you to use...
