Velile, the beautiful damsel - you glow beautifully in that golden South African sun sistas. It highlights all those pretty features we've come to love on this channel. Our natural landscapes are not the only thing that is beautiful about us. We thank God for he has blessed us.
God is so good. Bless the rural areas. Its so wonderful to see that the future of the young are so blessed. Long awaited beautiful estate. 10 yrs from now it will be paradise. Space and beauty wow.. qe live in concrete jungle. U can see how peaceful it is to live here. Thank u for sharing. We need to see something different and prosperous. God bless this land. Now I can see . I think all the way to joburg is only farming land but it should be goven to young professionals to start. At least when we drive we can see South Africas hope and joy for the future. Hi Mama Velile. In the next set please let's talk about financial planning of building a house. What are the options available to finance building rural homes.
The Department of Human Settlement must realize that people don't need RDP houses. They must simply give beneficiaries service stands and building vouchers so people build houses of their choice. In rural areas it is cheaper because the land is almost given for free, and building material like sand and bricks are easy and cheaper to find.
Wow this village looks brand new, virtually all the houses are still under construction. It will look even better by the end of 2022 or early 2023. How do I get a plot of land over there?
Big walls are for privacy, Sisi, not just crime. I'm thinking of getting one myself since I can't work on my garden without being gawked at or being reluctantly pulled into distracting conversations by passers-by. Not to mention neighbors don't mind their own business in kasi.
😂😂😂 I know hey. Faka istop nonsense and live peacefully. I need a drone period to spy on your houses. 🙈😂. Thank you for watching my love. Have a blessed one. 🙏🏾❤️
Can some of those people ur viewing their houses - their contractors/builders maybe come forward n share their details -theres a lot of small contraction companies- but not listed in most websites or internet- so pls 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I think their villages are small because of the land problem that we have in South Africa...Mpumalanga is very beautiful but unfortunately majority of the land is still in the hands of few white people...
Most of the land is in the hands of the government. Then there are a small percentage of white farmers who own large tracts of land. The majority of whites, probably, 90% own a small piece of land with their house on it.
@@Faith-iy9fw I've been to Mpumalanga i know what I'm talking about...in the Eastern Cape you don't have to look for where the villages are ...they are everywhere coz majority of the land is owned by black people.
Walls are a legacy of colonialism. they are anti neighbourly and anti African. Privacy in the front yards? fences should be limited to the back yards. the building materials spent on walls could be many more smaller homes for people that need them. We gotta start helping each other.
