Magnezone is a 2 stage Flareon...not sure how to feel about that. Also, Manaphy seems like a threat until you consider there are 4 pokemon that can one shot it for 1 energy. -Turn 1 opponent Manaphy in active -Turn 2 Joltik in your active. 1 energy. 50 damage. Bye bye Manaphy.
@@TechNMusic assuming cape ill be used with manaphy a lot but definitely not safe versus every match up. Opponent trying to stall, draw, or ramp themselves itll be good.
@loganthorne690 we also havent seen all 140 cards being released so there's potential Manaphy has some staying power if it can be supported for more than 1 use of its ability. MI Vaporeon could be a good combo as the 2 energy split up on your bench can just be siphoned right into Dialga for an easy way to have Dialga ready as soon as it hits yiur active spot.
@loganthorne690 also, i totally agree Cresselia ex won't be very good, but with a Gardevoir, I can 100% see a situation where Cresselia ex can punish trying to make a recovery with Druddigons late game
Pikachu will need to run 2 gio to get rid of super drud Manaphy sounds good, BUT you need 2 Pokémon on your bench. Since it reads "choose 2" not "choose up to 2". So no it cant ramp 2 energies on a single pokemon, and it most likely wont work with just 1 pokemon on the bench.
Joltik, Tynamo, Zebstrika, and MI Electabuzz one shot Manaphy and cost 1 energy to do it. But this that same idiotic reply everyone gives. "Just use type advantage bro". I hate these players because they suggest you rely on a deck built to counter just 1 specific deck. "Just use Blaine Ninetails her der, it oneshots Celebi." No one seem to account for matches being randomized and resetting matches until you get your perfect match up sounds like a terrible waay to play this game.
Yes, but manaphy gives his best in combo with vaporeon, which topically isn’t a part of the most popular gyarados decks right now. It’s tailor made for palkia tho.
Thanks for the review Logan! Excited hoping you stream today!
@@GoofyVortex i will! Last stream in the meta we know. 😊
Love the videos brother keep it up😊
@@p.j.t.v.906 thanks 😊
First person I’ve seen covering my boy Bidoof!

Yeah, but he’s the first person I’ve seen do it!
Can't wait to see them all
Ayeee nice vid my man
Thanks 😊
When they revealed Palkia is said that I wasn't afraid of it, but I was afraid of what a card like that implied, Manaphy proved me right.
I'm loving all these new cards awesome.
Bring on the hype.
Darkrei puts the active Pokemon to sleep. Set looks very fun so far
Darkrai just puts the Pokemon to sleep
Freaking Drudd and Rocky Helmet will be in every deck even if you don't use the energy investment. Also that Manaphy is crazy jaja.

@ vaporeon is only water but i think manaphy has legs with it for sure.
Excited to try rocky helm on khang
I’m waiting to use it on something like mysterious island golem or venosaur
Looks like Darkrai is just a sleeper, im really excited for the pressure Weavile is going to put on
Agreed!

@ ramp with it is definitely interesting. Like blocking one attack leafing it away and then late game healing 40 back.
@@loganthorne690 right!
Togetic is very Good with 80/40 remember it’s a mid evolution, marowak is the final evolution and has better stats. Haunter only has 80/30
Am I tripping but Isn't Volkner a fake card since there is no energy card in discard pile?
@@JustRockIt141 you can see energy in the discard in game already after a pokemon was knocked out.
Looks promising
