Hello Kchoi! How do you still maintain a lean body? I'm curious if running is your only exercise or do you also do some weights? asking for help coz' I feel like I'm running a lot lately and haven't lost any weight lol
What app do you use to keep track of your runs? I am getting back into running and am not sure the best way to keep track of my runs.
I have the Coros Pace 2 watch and use that to track my runs!
but lots of people use Strava :)
