    Sorry po kung ishare ko ang mashpotato kong natutunan dito s italia..... sa kumukulong freshmilk ilalagay ko po ang cooked and mashed potato then butter, parmigiano, Salt and pepper.... mas heavy po siguro gawa ng Milk.... one of this day po i will try ng walang milk....

    Just a tip po .. Use Maris piper for mash potatoes and add a bit of English mustard . Also , warm the milk . Mas malinamnam po.

    Yong ibang npanood ko n beef salpicao ay may oyster sauce at perrin sauce instead of ordinary sauce. Pro mhal ang perrin sauce kya ok dn pla ordinary sauce. Version mo yan so ako nman ay kumukuha lng ng iba't ibang tips sa pgluluto. Tenks for the recipe.

    I was about to watch the same recipe from a YT show featuring a celeb mom cook like you with sisters with characters (pare-pareho lang naman sila actually at ayokong mag-name drop hahaha!). But i switched to yours agad-agad when i saw yours below. Why? Kasi mas simple, mura, madali, WALANG KAARTE-ARTE. at walang eklat sa buhay. Pang masa talaga kumbaga.

      its actually just a TAPAS, aka appetizer. So any salpicao worth 350 pesos or more in your Spanish/European restos is just criminal, though better inspect the serving portions

      Coyrama Hi. I suggest you buy a good quality steak that’s reasonable and not too pricey. Rib eye is tender. Tenderloin is also a good option. Beef that needs to boil till tender are cuts like tendon, beef cubes etc. But if you use STEAK no need to boil. Donot also over cook it. Medium-medium well is good.

      Jane Nogoy Fresh milk po. But i personally use evaporated w melted butter and crushed roasted garlic.

Eventhough i used the wrong type of meat (stew meat) it still very good:-) My hubby said that next time i need to use the meat that you suggested:-) I used meat stew kasi ayun lang nsa fridge nmin.Thank you so much..

      Larry Nopre rib eye or tenderloin for best results. It depends if well done at least 4-5mins. If medium 2mins is fine.
