Noong minsan nauwi ako sa probinsya namin sa Pampanga kasama pamilya nagstay kami sa Dau Pamp. Woodland Resort and Hotel Doon ko natikman itong Salpicao pero hindi Karne kundi mixed seafood and mild spicy but I like it super hot spicy and I never got a chance to ask my uncle the head chef at the Hotel and Restaurant and was trying to impress me which I was surprised how it was prepared but never thought of asking the process of preparing and cooking. It was awesome pulutan and an entree. My first time to encounter this dish. Just want to share this mixed seafood salpicao. Sorry I don't know how it was prepared. I will share when I get the info. I myself love to cook and anyone who gets a chance to taste the food I prepared are asking when will they get invited again to feast on the food I prepared specially my sizzling sisig. Thanks for sharing Bro Bogs. I was gonna share what I do with those sliced of steak that it is quick to prepare and serve but my comment is getting kinda long. Maybe next time. Thanks
I put salt and pepper in cubed scotch fillet. Then infuse lots of minced garlic in olive oil with butter tapos set aside pag nag brown. Sear cubed beef sa oil and butter then mix ko po worcestershire sauce, knorr seasoning, chilli flakes and pinch of sugar... more pepper then garnish na ng brown garlic pag luto na. 😊

Sir Bogs, ang gunagamit ko Worcestershire instead of magi, I was told it’s the original drizzle for salpicao. I’ll try combining both magi and Worcestershire next time.
