    Just subbed. I make the wood stack on the rack ahead. I light the gas on low for 15 mins to heat the left side up. Switch gas off, place puck and light the rack in the middle and then shift it over to the right after its getting to temp.

    God willing I will have a Gozney dome next month. I'm going to keep my steaks on my Egg grill. I look forward to a lot of good pizza. No more burnt cheese from Pizzhut.

    I recommend you get 2-3 new dried logs thrown on before the steaks go in. The dome will flame sear the top of steaks faster than that cast iron will

    Good video, but one of your camera POVs has a very high pitched sound coming from it. Like one of those cat deterring frequencies.

    Nice work! Next time you do the taters, pre-heat that cast iron like you did for the steak. The crust is unbelievable! Oh, and just subbed too.

    lol, I just realized I have been putting my rack in there backwards this entire time. yeah duh makes sense to have the lip facing the middle of the oven not the wall.

    I'm thinking of getting a dome but I don't like how it seems to wobble so much when you're working on the food.

      It's been a great oven. I started off having it on a temporary stand that wasn't very solid so it wobbled a bit on me, I now have it on a sturdy stand and it's much better.

      @@NinjaMonkeyPrime no, not the gozney stand. Haven't used one but from what I've seen they look pretty solid
