that stand-mixer is next level. also let's commend gozney for the production, marketing, engineering, and customer support. nobody (ooni, etc.) else does this or is constantly innovating products and applications.
I almost bought the Dome, had it in my cart (still do), about ready to pull the trigger, but for some reason the company stopped communicating with me 😕 Don't know why?? Now I'm looking into the Emozione with biscotto saputo stone. A real shame considering I was about ready to drop almost 3 thousand dollars on it plus accessories. Got me nervous I might be ghosted if I need customer service for the product after I make the purchase.
You made the right decision. Their customer service is not very good. I have an ongoing issue with my Roccbox and they left me hanging. My son had a question about his Ooni stone and the company sent him a brand new stone in 2 days. That's more like it.

My wife gave me her blessing to go ahead and buy everything, and Gozney was initially answering some of the questions that I had, but after asking about their stone they flat out ghosted me. I made many other attempts to reach out but they no longer respond. I might have dodged a bullet. I was literally seconds away from completing the sale. I too have heard great things about Ooni customer service. When I started looking into Gozney they told me a bunch of customers come to them after having repeated issues with Ooni products. Not sure if that's true cause I understand their competitors and all. Have you heard of Pizza Party Ardore? It's very similar to the Roccbox but with a more superior gas burner, and you can even outfit it with the well renowned biscotto saputa stone. Ships from Italy.

Yes, I have heard of the Pizza Party oven. Unfortunately, if I am not mistaken, the price is much higher than the Roccbox and/or Ooni .
