Day 2 Of asking the Peteman: what do you think of a super fog of war mode? (eg. cant see opponent cards [updates for prog at the start of each of your turns so you don't know who traded], starting troops, cant tell how long their turns last [doesn't show whose turn it is at that moment, or what phase they are in, or how many rolls they are doing], vision doesnt improve upon adding allies, cant see leader cap number etc.) Public opinion is also welcome.
I'm exhausted by the continuous efforts to give advice to SMG. It's clear they won't contribute anything valuable to the game, so there's no point in trying. (Other than the turn timer thing, this game mode would be good, not great but good)
That sounds terrible. You would get no information at all about your opponents activities so whoever gets the early lead would easily snowball the game.
I think that would be fun! It would open up the opportunity for so many fun bluffs and misdirections! Would definitely either be a very analytical/psychological type of game or complete mayham. Both of which sound fun, honestly!
having hidden turn length would mean that all turns must take up the maximum amount of time allotted which would make for very long and boring 6 player games. you would have to wait 5 minutes AT LEAST per turn to play your own. other than that, it sounds like a cool idea. might not work well on larger maps though because snowballs would be hidden too well from most players and you’d have to spend a ridiculous amount of troops just for the possibility of information but in medium maps it could work well.
Pete what do you think of a game mode where the bonuses increase in value over time? I.e. Eastern Europe goes worth 12 troops after 10 turns then 15 after 15 turns? Could be a fun sandbox mode addition
Yeah, it tried to trade in for the 75 but didn't actually do it. So while the notification came up, Green didn't actually get 75 troops or use his cards. Purple got the 75 trade instead.

Not sure about the collab with purple it looks likely but more like two shitty players teaming up to save their skin but green botting out multiple times when it looked bad for them and always coming back is definitly worth reporting. Doesn't matter if it's connection issues tbh, fix your internet or don't play
I should but I think my instinct isn't to snap report anymore. After playing for years and seeing things that could easily be solved on the design level not get addressed I've lost a lot of faith in the system as it is.
@FreePete I understand. I'd still encourage to keep reporting. I report a bunch, probably too much. While most reports end in nothing, I still receive quite a few messages of players getting banned and I think it's important to do what we can to get rid of the annoying players who ruin the games for others
