I get the feeling you hate flying 😂I agree on anything you take yourself is better than plane food. ✅ Loved the no nonsense approach here. Maybe a video on 'hotel rooms, how to make them yours'!Could you list your flight essentials you mentioned in the blog. Wheels up!

Ear plugs. I had the joy of sitting 1 row behind and across the aisle of a man who shared his entire gastrointestinal issues in great detail so loudly I could still hear him even with ear buds in listening to music. 😮 💩 🤦🏻‍♀️

Since COVID I always wear a mask most of the time in the airplane. I like these simple medical masks, 2 pieces at once - not the tight ones - or a cloth mask. That way I never have issues with dry air. I watched a scientist study which said that the advantage wearing a mask is that the lungs stay really moist which is very healthy for the immune system. And I don't care about what people think🤷🏻‍♀️
Doing some meditation is helpful too for me.
And last but not least: I drink a lot before my flight!

Where do you get your essential oil roller?! Also.. not flight related, but where is your hand chain bracelet from??

Definitely packing some essential oils for my next flight! Although I’m not so sure about the sheet mask for those of us travelling in economy.. might look a little strange 😅

Hi Radhi! Thank you for this beautiful video, I will soon go on a vacation, and it was just what I needed! I am also vegan, so I am used to bringing my own food, and I love it haha! I just wanted to ask if you perhaps could do a video/post on which series or movies you like. I find it so hard to find something that is not overstimulating/aggressive, and more on the positive and inspiring side of the spectrum.
    Wishing you a wonderful week!

my not-so-v-aesthetic but v-hits-the-spot version of your sage essential oil is a mini Vicks vaporub ahahaha. Put a lil on my nose and no matter the stink, plane=peppermint :) also helps with claustrophobia bc the air feels less stuffy!

Hi Radhi! One problem I always have is my nose runs very dry because of the dry air constantly. I even put wet tissue paper in my nostrils to stop the dryness. Any recommendations?

Wearing a mask helps with that a lot - also the Japanese self-heating eye mask brand also makes self-heating mouth-and-nose masks that generate a bit of moisture. I wore one of those on my last flight and my sinuses didn't feel nearly as dried out by the time I got off the plane!

You are like an inspiration Radhi, I thought only I get cringed out by things in the flight, good to know you do too. But, Radhi you meditate so much and you are such an amazing person and I tottaly am not judging you but I always thought having all these feelings myself for others and getting grossed out by it is mean. I am a self-critisizer, I do meditate occasionally and am in the hunt to be a pure soul person. I just have a dilemma like do monks have these feelings to like getting grossed out and all? I want to learn so much. I am learning from you Radhi, you are an inspiration. Love your aura and smile. Please pour some light on is it ok and normal to have these feelings and do monks or mediators feel the same(and is it a myth that monks have calm mind and they don'tfeel such feelings bcoz they regulate the feelimgs very well), and how they deal with the feeling and overcome it. Love and blessings to Radhi❤
