Since I am doing besides acrylic pouring also abstract acrylic paintings, I received a lot of questions about how I blend my acrylic paints. This is a tutorial where I show 3 blending techniques with some tips and tricks, that I use for my acrylic paintings. It actually is! Getting a nice brush (remember that expensive does not mean better) really improves your blending technique

Yes that too thick brushes work like wonder as well as heavy body acrylics

Bkxöxöxlşdlxlc Kksldlxlxl I use a very high quality and paint in less than 5 min and still drys
A bit of water on the brush does the trick when it is drying. You can also use flow aid or a paint retarder that slows the drying time. Just water will do though!

Best tip for acrylics!
Keep your brush wet, always wash it out after use. I also sometikes spray a lil bit of water on my canvas so the paint doesn't dry quick!

All I have to say is, Rinske has some AMAZING control over that brush, if that was me... I would have had magenta ALL up in my blue and blue all in my yellow and red LOL.

Me too. Experiment on old furniture or wood. I use Dollar Tree acrylics for it -- for experimenting, they work fine. Soon we will both be ready to move onto serious blending's.

Awww, blending, its so perfect and beautiful!!! Do I need to coat the canvas first and let it dry?
I’ve been trying to learn, this is going to help a lot, but the brushes( 3 different sets ) all leave the bristles on the canvas, so, yet again I need to google about a good brush to use. You are such an inspiration, thanks again young lady❤️✝️❤️👏👏👏
No you dont have to. And dont let your paint dry so you can blend the 2 colors. And for the brush issues im using a make up brush or Filbert brush. Hope it will help. Happy painting❤
