POV: When you coach half of the Sheffield athletes. Btw that bench looks very smooth, but overall, really good meet. Hopefully, someday I can be as consistent with my lifts(I tend to be an overreacher)
Red is depth on squat, looking at the front angle, im assuming its because his hips arent aligned, so one seems lower than the other...ofc the jury did the decision...they get the slowmo hindsight... On bench red was probably elbow depth...nitpicky abit id say... Gustav just had a better day at the end, with the bigger pull...if you had pushed the bench or pull and missed it was over anyway... Gustav made a calculated risk on bench after missing his 2nd...it made the difference when he has the bigger squat and stronger deadlift. He would have loaded 360 kg if he had to...and looking at 355 he probably had it in him... Its just nice to see Gustav hit what he is capable of and push Cayco...will be cool to see them go head to head again.

Overreaching is why I switched over to 3 week blocks instead of 4 😭😭
