Good morning. A couple of questions, but first, very informative videos. First question, during this video you spoke briefly about nutrition. I’m an early morning workout guy, but I don’t eat until after I finish. Should I try to eat something before my workout? Next question, do you coach equipped and/or masters lifters? I compete raw and equipped, but having started before there was a USAPL, I’m more comfortable competing equipped. Thanks

About the nutrition thing, i think it’s appropriate to eat something before, I get that it can be an inconvenience but you want something to fuel you, and if you’re not eating beforehand you gotta be honest with yourself about how hard your working if you are training every morning on an empty stomach

The English language is just fine. The issue is you. No offense. You're all over the place. You can't even make it through a sentence without cutting yourself off. You should learn how to speak coherently and express your thoughts, and you'll find that the English language is perfectly fine.

      "Uh, uh, um, ya know..."
Yeah, the English language is the problem. 👍

I disagree. I think this unrehearsed and off the top format makes his videos more enjoyable and easier to absorb. I barely discovered his channel and I’ve already gone through 3 videos because of how easy it is to absorb what he’s saying.

So are you referring to the ability to make intuitive decisions in training with great levels of accuracy? So when to overshoot or take it easier based on both feeling and lifestyle factors recently?
