Love this video. I wish Deb you’d do a similar tape, but doing all the exercises( or most) on the Move. I’m doing #3 module and am doing as much as I can on the Move Power Plate that I bought due to your recommendation. I’d love to see a video with mostly that. Love your workouts! Highly recommend! Thanks!
It’s Debra. Those will be in the members area. But not necessarily any different on than off . You can use it at will. I prefer heavier lifting off the plate and on plate for small muscles, core, balance , lymphatic movement

As a total beginner I'm wondering if this is for everyday?
Strength is not an everyday. You must wait a minimum of 48 hours but midlife and older often do best with 72 hours between. Eg mon and Thurs

Are you saying it is normal to get low back fatigue during bent over rows? Every time I do them, I get that fatigue and I don’t have a bad back. I thought maybe my hip hinge is off or something. I have resorted to doing them in a prone position on an incline bench. Same issue with rear delt flyes. Please advise. Thanks.
While doing yes… even with good form when newer to them, or doing more than usual… the erector muscles are being used… so you’ll be aware of them. Should immediately resolve when done.
