Dear friends of Samsung smartwatches of all generations, a new sheriff is in WearOS town and brings a lot of battery power (500 mAh) and runtime...the OnePlus Watch 2 is here and is set to revolutionize the smartwatch market in terms of battery performance / endurance.
The watch is equipped with a Snapdragon W5 processor (which incidentally also powers the Pixel Watch 2) and, and this is the secret behind the supposedly long runtime, a BES2700 as an extremely energy-saving sparring partner. Two processors that are either powerful or energy-saving, depending on the application. We'll take a look in the test to see whether this also works in reality.
But first, let's move on... the 1.43" Amoled display has no bezel, neither physical nor virtual.
GPS is of course on board to support you with extensive sports tracking. The ROM memory is 32 GB and the RAM is 2 GB.
If you want to use the watch in more extreme conditions than the office, you will certainly be pleased with IP68 and the sapphire crystal.
Various sensors and their evaluation are of course also included, pulse, sleep, blood oxygen etc. can be measured and evaluated.
However, none of this would be quite so exciting if, yes, OnePlus had not opted for WearOS 4 this time and thus offered full app support from the PlayStore. This means that Spotify, WhatsApp, Google Maps and Google Pay are no problem and can be used with the watch. The package sounds extremely exciting to me and I'm looking forward to doing the series on the OnePlus Watch 2 with you.

Unbedingt. Spannend wird auf jeden Fall die Waage zwischen Performance und Akkulaufzeit...da bin ich wirklich auch schon sehr gespannt drauf.

@@renekoskar2470 Ja, genau. Design ist ja irgendwie auch immer Geschmackssache. Die Fakten, so sie denn stimmen, sind da ggf. wichtiger.
Tolles Video. Ich nutze seit kurzem die Xiaomi Watch 2 pro. Von der Optik gefällt sie mir besser wie die Oneplus. Auch die Krone hat bei der Xiaomi eine Funktion
Ja, die Xiaomi ist ne optisch sehr schöne und technisch sehr gute Uhr. Leider nicht mit der RTOS - Doppelsystemstrategie, die mich bei der OnePlus so anspricht...
Bitte vergleiche sie auch mit der Samsung Watch6 Classic wenn möglich
