Well first off, a church that size, did you really think they were going to pray for you individually in letter format unless you actually went to the church yourself and met them? Which if so, they do pray for their congregants after services. A ministry of that size not only releases so many letters now electronically, but also receives so many letters and emails, mainly prayer requests with money in them in most cases. It sounds harsh, but they can't individually pray for you the way you wanted them to.
I emailed them like 7 years ago asking if they could pray for me because I was sick. However, they never replied, not even an automated email saying that they got my email. 😂😂😂😂😂

I donated money to Osteen and I've bought some of his CD's, this past year I found out that he paid 5 million dollars for his car and I thought to myself how all of that money could have been spent to help people who needed it more. I did enjoy hearing him every Sunday and I liked the message he sent but since I researched him and found out more about him I'm done, I'll never send him anymore money.

Without a proper protocol (three or more people for a church that size counting the money and depositing it in the safe together), it would be easy for one needy/greedy person to squirrel that money away and stay late at night on Sunday to hide it behind that toilet. The strange thing is that no one ever came back to get it.

Some that I’ve went to release their tax returns every year and a breakdown on what they spent money on.
The church I attend writes the amount they receive weekly, monthly and annually on the bulletin next to the amount needed so we can see the excess and/or deficit. They also hold open elder meetings and go over all that stuff and answer questions. They hold themselves very accountable.

Except that "great flood" was from Hurricane Harvey in 2017. The original theft they're referencing was in 2014. So the timeline doesn't check out.
