I've been doing these 12 minute exercises for about 3 weeks now . I haven't lost much weight but my husband has commented multiple times about my legs and butt being much firmer . So definitely worth it plus these really help with my mental health. Having 3 kids can get overwhelming but I've noticed if I do these work outs in the morning I'm not so overwhelmed throughout the day!! Thank you

Im 28. Former dancer. I was in a bunch of accidents and had major injuries. I used to stay 145. Now im 180 lbs and its hurting my bones and back and muscles. I had an ectopic pregnancy and it seems since that i cant drop weight either.. Thank you for what you do. These moves are achievable to me but also easy on my injuries.
I work 12-hour shifts and have to take my son to and from school so I don't get enough sleep, and these 12 minute workouts really help because sometimes I only have the energy to do one but I know that if I keep moving and stay consistent better things will happen.

Hello! I am 19 days deep into my 30 day doing these every night challenge ☺️ I was doing at home workouts and I started to hate them. Hated the thought of doing them and never felt like I saw results In my mood nor the way I looked because I gave up because I had no idea how to work out fun! I have struggled mentally for a year now and hating my body has been a major issue in causing my hate for myself. Even in high school I hated my body. I told myself I need to work on me, and love me because this is my first year teaching and they need that positive role model and my daughter does too! So thank you for being such a inspiration and helping guide to loving these workouts! Already have seen a HUGE difference in my mood, body and energy which is what I wanted! My daughter even does them with me sometimes ☺️ I hope everyone has this “AHA!” Moment when they find a workout program for them!
I love Hully!!! She is me lol! I watch her struggle same as I struggle and she honestly gets me through! She is so real and personable and I love all the workout videos with her in them. I have been following Jo for over a year and I’m down 110lbs. I don’t feel motivated to workout at all but Jo’s videos are so amazing! It’s like actually being there with her working out. i just did this workout and it's currently 8 months after my ankle surgery!!.. and let me tell you!! i only had to stop when you did the one leg mountain climbers!! (not strong enough in the ankles to do it yet) but i was so proud of myself!!! thanks jo!!

I stumbled upon your channel last night and loved your content. I watched three videos from my bed. 😆 Buuut I went to sleep excited to do this work out when I woke up. I have to say, I am in worse shap than I thought. A couple of times I had to stop, but this gave me new found motivation. I am doing this specific workout everyday for the next two weeks. For those that may be interested my starting weight is 197 and I am 5'0. I will come back and update this post at the end of each week. Good luck everyone!!!! UPDATE: I am on my third week of this work out. The first week: worked out 6 days out of 7. Starting weight 197. Ending weight 195.6 The second week: worked out 5 out of 7 days, but worked out twice one day. Ending weight 193.5. The third week: I have two days left, worked out 5 times this week with Starting weight 193.5. I don't weigh in until Monday. The work out has gotten much easier. Starting with 12 minutes does not make working out daunting. I was tempted to start with 30 minutes, but so glad that I didn't because while yes, 30 minutes is not very long, but when working out, it can feel like a lot and can impact your consistency. My fourth week I will increase to a 15 minute workout. Keep up the great work everyone. It is very true, consistency is key. Consistency does not mean you HAVE to work out every day. It just means that you don't give up and continue working towards your goals.

Since giving birth I have lost only 10kgs and it took me 3 long years to do that. In my case it is a slow and show project. My progress, in terms of strength, endurance, stamina and overall health and mental health, is evident, but it takes a lot of time. I think I have around 10 more kgs to lose to deal better with my autoimmune scenario better. Jo, I like your workouts. They are effective, and mood boosting. Shorter ones though. I couldn't get much time to finish the one hour or longer ones. Almost one and half years ago with some of your walking workouts I noticed that my body is changing and it is showing some results. It takes really long time for some of us. Gratitude and thanks.

Sorry in 2wks I lost 5lbs. I rotate where I'll do a week of full workout videos n mix with indoor biking n weights. Then the next week I'll give my self 2 days off from working out. I cut sugar and dairy and halfed my carbs.
@@chantayb3949 I do a video or 2 either the 12min or the 45min n I make sure to do her stretch vid cuz I be sore if I don't. 20mins biking 20mins weights arm lifts leg lifts crunches. I serious don't diet cuz I don't wanna gain it back I just cut out the bad I know doesn't help. Squats n weights are my go to. I use to be a rep for it works n I 100% never used the product lol I just worked out alot but had fun with it. I have 3 toddlers that join in. Find a style that works for u n cut what foods u know are bad n just live your life.
I gained 60 pounds during my pregnancy. Lost 20 right after the baby was delivered. He’s 14 months and I have 12 pounds to go. I was looking for more variety in my exercises because it can get boring. Also I’m having trouble losing around my mid section. Glad I found your channel.

This is the first workout video I did to the end and it gave me such a good feeling. Like I really lost some weight. I could NEVER finish a workout video and knowing I can finish this one today empowers me to try it again tomorrow and maybe add a few second of another of yours.❤

Good morning. I have been trying to lose weight since HS and in 2 month I'll be 37. I've had 4 boys. 2 was big babys. I also have hashimoto's hypothyroidism on top of degenerative disc disease a torn desk and sciatic nerve bad knees. So it's hard for me to.lose weight and fight workouts that don't hurt my back or legs. I seen your ad of TikTok and came to your Paige. I will admit going through your videos I felt a LOT of intimidation. Fear took over. So I found this thing to do a 30day beginner wall plank challenge and I started that on the first. Each day I've been adding other exercises and today I faced my fear and started this video. Mind you I could only get through half of it, but that's ok. I'll start from the beginning Tomorrow. It's my little mini goal to get to the end and that's what I'm going to shoot for. So thank you
First of all I just want to say thank you for all of your hard work, encouragement, and the workouts themselves! I want to thank you because I'm happy that I found you and I'm able to combine your workouts with some other ones that I do like Paul Eugene and my girl Leslie Sansone. I've been doing the 17-minute one but today I started doing the beginner abs 12 minute video. Another one done. I am aching from other workouts through the week and completed the Missy Elliott dance party this morning and needed to do at least one more workout today. I ENJOY doing these. This one was over so quickly it was perfect to do right before bed. Here's to another week. So far my first week of picking workouts of Jo's at least 30 minutes and committed to one hour long video a week... I am down 2.4 lbs one inch off largest part of my belly and one inch under the breast area. 7 weeks postpartum and so happy I started these videos last week. I will keep it up. Thank you Jo!
New subscriber here! I have four kids, ages range from 18 to 3. After my fourth born I lost 43 lb in a very short amount of time. I am very thin except I struggle with a loose hanging belly that appears to me as fat, although I've been told differently I hated so much and I'm so self-conscious about it. Oh my goodness! I absolutely love love love your videos. Your vibe is so positive, its what keeps me coming back over and over! I started 2 weeks ago and have only missed one day exercising! Didn't set a goal or anything. Its like no matter what I'm exercising!!! Actually look forward to seeing what each video brings. In 2 weeks I've probably worked out to 6 or 7 different videos. And I enjoy taking those 2 cold showers in a day, after the exercise (because I never did cold showers before and never understood the people that do it 😁)... Hello! I am 19 days deep into my 30 day doing these every night challenge ☺️ I was doing at home workouts and I started to hate them. Hated the thought of doing them and never felt like I saw results In my mood nor the way I looked because I gave up because I had no idea how to work out fun!
I have struggled mentally for a year now and hating my body has been a major issue in causing my hate for myself. Even in high school I hated my body. I told myself I need to work on me, and love me because this is my first year teaching and they need that positive role model and my daughter does too! So thank you for being such a inspiration and helping guide to loving these workouts! Already have seen a HUGE difference in my mood, body and energy which is what I wanted! My daughter even does them with me sometimes ☺️ I hope everyone has this “AHA!” Moment when they find a workout program for them!
I love Hully!!! She is me lol! I watch her struggle same as I struggle and she honestly gets me through! She is so real and personable and I love all the workout videos with her in them. I have been following Jo for over a year and I’m down 110lbs. I don’t feel motivated to workout at all but Jo’s videos are so amazing! It’s like actually being there with her working out. She encourages you to keep going when you wanna stop and always seems to know (in my own opinion) when it gets harder and gives a smile or a “You got this!” At the right time! Thanks for everything

I’m a 25F who weighs 206lbs and after two kids have never put in the work to lose the weight. This is the first exercise after exercising for days that I have actually finally finished and I am so proud, that’s what I call progress, seriously thank you for this workout, I’ve been checking out ur channel and I love all your workouts.

i just did this workout and it's currently 8 months after my ankle surgery!!.. and let me tell you!! i only had to stop when you did the one leg mountain climbers!! (not strong enough in the ankles to do it yet) but i was so proud of myself!!! thanks jo!!

I stumbled upon your channel last night and loved your content. I watched three videos from my bed. 😆 Buuut I went to sleep excited to do this work out when I woke up. I have to say, I am in worse shap than I thought. A couple of times I had to stop, but this gave me new found motivation. I am doing this specific workout everyday for the next two weeks.
For those that may be interested my starting weight is 197 and I am 5'0. I will come back and update this post at the end of each week. Good luck everyone!!!!
UPDATE: I am on my third week of this work out.
The first week: worked out 6 days out of 7. Starting weight 197. Ending weight 195.6
The second week: worked out 5 out of 7 days, but worked out twice one day. Ending weight 193.5.
The third week: I have two days left, worked out 5 times this week with Starting weight 193.5. I don't weigh in until Monday.
The work out has gotten much easier. Starting with 12 minutes does not make working out daunting. I was tempted to start with 30 minutes, but so glad that I didn't because while yes, 30 minutes is not very long, but when working out, it can feel like a lot and can impact your consistency. My fourth week I will increase to a 15 minute workout. Keep up the great work everyone. It is very true, consistency is key. Consistency does not mean you HAVE to work out every day. It just means that you don't give up and continue working towards your goals.

Since giving birth I have lost only 10kgs and it took me 3 long years to do that. In my case it is a slow and show project. My progress, in terms of strength, endurance, stamina and overall health and mental health, is evident, but it takes a lot of time. I think I have around 10 more kgs to lose to deal better with my autoimmune scenario better.
Jo, I like your workouts. They are effective, and mood boosting. Shorter ones though. I couldn't get much time to finish the one hour or longer ones. Almost one and half years ago with some of your walking workouts I noticed that my body is changing and it is showing some results. It takes really long time for some of us. Gratitude and thanks.

Sorry in 2wks I lost 5lbs. I rotate where I'll do a week of full workout videos n mix with indoor biking n weights. Then the next week I'll give my self 2 days off from working out. I cut sugar and dairy and halfed my carbs.

@@chantayb3949 I do a video or 2 either the 12min or the 45min n I make sure to do her stretch vid cuz I be sore if I don't. 20mins biking 20mins weights arm lifts leg lifts crunches. I serious don't diet cuz I don't wanna gain it back I just cut out the bad I know doesn't help. Squats n weights are my go to. I use to be a rep for it works n I 100% never used the product lol I just worked out alot but had fun with it. I have 3 toddlers that join in. Find a style that works for u n cut what foods u know are bad n just live your life.
I gained 60 pounds during my pregnancy. Lost 20 right after the baby was delivered. He’s 14 months and I have 12 pounds to go. I was looking for more variety in my exercises because it can get boring. Also I’m having trouble losing around my mid section. Glad I found your channel.

This is the first workout video I did to the end and it gave me such a good feeling. Like I really lost some weight. I could NEVER finish a workout video and knowing I can finish this one today empowers me to try it again tomorrow and maybe add a few second of another of yours.❤

Good morning. I have been trying to lose weight since HS and in 2 month I'll be 37. I've had 4 boys. 2 was big babys. I also have hashimoto's hypothyroidism on top of degenerative disc disease a torn desk and sciatic nerve bad knees. So it's hard for me to.lose weight and fight workouts that don't hurt my back or legs. I seen your ad of TikTok and came to your Paige. I will admit going through your videos I felt a LOT of intimidation. Fear took over. So I found this thing to do a 30day beginner wall plank challenge and I started that on the first. Each day I've been adding other exercises and today I faced my fear and started this video. Mind you I could only get through half of it, but that's ok. I'll start from the beginning Tomorrow. It's my little mini goal to get to the end and that's what I'm going to shoot for. So thank you

Another one done. I am aching from other workouts through the week and completed the Missy Elliott dance party this morning and needed to do at least one more workout today. I ENJOY doing these. This one was over so quickly it was perfect to do right before bed. Here's to another week. So far my first week of picking workouts of Jo's at least 30 minutes and committed to one hour long video a week... I am down 2.4 lbs one inch off largest part of my belly and one inch under the breast area. 7 weeks postpartum and so happy I started these videos last week. I will keep it up. Thank you Jo!
New subscriber here! I have four kids, ages range from 18 to 3. After my fourth born I lost 43 lb in a very short amount of time. I am very thin except I struggle with a loose hanging belly that appears to me as fat, although I've been told differently I hated so much and I'm so self-conscious about it. Oh my goodness. I've just done this workout. I got really sweaty but I feel so accomplished after this. A year n a half in. Lost the weight I wanted. Started losing the “pooch” n the back fat. But the pooch would not go!!! Now I know it’s DR and this was day 3 of my regular with you Jo and a new special set of workouts for DR. I pray I can mend it n finally lose my momma pouch!!!

And I enjoy taking those 2 cold showers in a day, after the exercise (because I never did cold showers before and never understood the people that do it 😁)... And I got back to IF 16\8 which I did before my second pregnancy. It will work this time, in this combination 💪🤞
