Should Jagex nerf this Crossbow for Pking now?

Today on OSRS I went Pking with the Hunters Crossbow! The Hunter's crossbow is a bit worse than a Magic shortbow but this crossbow will allow me to pull off some fancy movements against Pkers on Old School Runescape and maybe even smite them!
