Bro try the smoke sceptre, if you poison your opponent, for 10 ticks after every cast mantas heal 17, brews heal 12 karamas heal 12, and all you gotta do is cast a spell once every 10 ticks

How does it work if your oopenent is potted up, can you cast twice?
it will take 16.5% of lets say 118 down to 99 and if its still base level or higher you can cast it again and knock down another 16.5%.. Only works if the stat is base level or higher
