Ah this reminds me so much of my Childhood in Tanzania, we had a small place owned by an old Indian man call Patni who made a chicken masala the like of which I have never been able to find anywhere else including India on my Travels, this looks so similar I must try it Asante

Not bad at all, I miscalculated the chilis and it was extremely hot, (far too hot for my wife; I had to calm hers down with a lot of yogurt,) but it's a really good curry and in fact the best that we've had in a long time. I'll judge it better next time, but definitely worth the effort. (It also drove home just how poor almost all the takeaways round here have gradually become and they used to be really good.)
