- Black pepper chicken stir fry is so easy to make and very delicious. Make this recipe a part of your weekly menu rotations on any day and you and your family will enjoy it.
Here are the ingredients
1 Tbs cooking oil ( I used grape seed oil )
2 lb. chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, cut into stripes
1/2 Tsp Kosher salt
1 Tsp Freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs cornstarch
1 Tbs Garlic, chopped
1 Tbs Ginger, minced
2 Scallions, white and some green chopped, rest reserved to garnish
1 Medium red onion, peeled cut thick
1 Red bell pepper, sliced medium
For the Sauce
1 Tbs oyster sauce
1 Tsp say sauce
1 Tsp rice wine vinegar
1 Tbs dark soy
1/2 c chicken stock
1 Tsp brown sugar
1Tbs White sesame seeds, to finish and garnish
Reserved scallion greens
Nice,easy, simple ingredients just enough for taste. Classic stir fry sauce.

You could use hoisin sauce instead
Or plumb sauce
Or just soy sauce make it your own
