Good content.... Great looking properties. However, I would not consider these an "investment". Borrow, Buy, Die movement is Dead. At least for the foreseeable future. The last Boomer turns 65 in 2030. Boomers will have the biggest wealth transfer ever by inheritance. Most that receive inherited RE, tend to sell it and sell it fast. (most to stop the bleeding from fees, HOA, special assessments, taxes, insurance... aka carrying cost. With that looming reality (boomer impact) RE has no where to go but down.
Love your videos and love that you took your dog to the office 👏🏼🥰
Thank you! I don't think he was too happy with me 😂

Hey I'm curious do you only sell condo/homes? Or do you rent apartments out too?
At the moment, mainly buy and sell only. If you have any questions about a particular area or anything regarding a rental I'm happy to help.
I'm confused - you mention The Grove a fair amount, but don't seem to show any footage…
Everytime i mentioned it i showed footage
Coconut Grove is a condo building in Fort Lauderdale
