Sadly this was broadcast on Channel 1 which stayed b/w until 1975 so there is no chance of using chroma recovery to restore it to colour. The most that could be done would be to vidFIRE it to restore it to a "video look" of 50 interlaced frames per second instead of 25 de-interlaced FPS film look footage.
