    What is the video about?
    The video discusses various accessories and attachments that can be used with the Sony ZV-E10 camera to achieve better cinematic video quality. The presenter provides his personal experience and recommendations for accessories such as cages, SD cards, batteries, gimbals, ARCA Swiss Mount plates, and microphones. He emphasizes the importance of having extra batteries and SD cards, and suggests purchasing off-brand batteries as a cost-effective solution. He also recommends using a micro shotgun microphone to achieve great audio quality that matches the video quality.

      @FamilyFreakShow Рік тому

      @@thefilmalliance From what I have heard, using the camera in 4k even for streaming with a dummy battery for more than 20 minutes at times can cause the camera to overheat. People say switching the camera "auto power off temp." settings to High seems to fix the issue, but I am not sure how much that will damage the camera in the long run.

    • @thefilmalliance
      @thefilmalliance  Рік тому

    I find the Arca system of mounting to be large. So I tried out the Ulanzi Hummingbird - no screwing to tighten, just a push button for mounting and dismounting. I’ve since bought 8 of them because they’re so easier and very tiny, at 35 x 21 x 13mm. They can support my ZV-1 accessorized, and I have two male Hummingbird screwed on for vertical and horizontal mounting. Mounting points are numerous - my gimbal, behind my teleprompter, my table side on an extended arm, my camera monitor, slider, neck mount for POV shots. So you can imagine, transferring my camera from overhead to talking head footage with button push releasing. I’m ordering two more today at $15 each. I’m implementing them on my shotgun mic, small lighting, webcam, teleprompter - your name it, for the convenience of changing mounting points within 5 seconds. I think you can make a video about this. It’s a very useful accessory.

Do you get dual recording, in the sd card plus the ssd of the ninja? What does the zv-e10 output to the ninja, 8-bit 4.2.0? Do you get 2 stereo mic inputs, one from the camera one from the monitor, potentially micking 4 people? Can you use it with timecode from atomos for example? I´m going crazy here with this kind of questions that I can´t find a proper answer anywhere!
