Dearest John, this decade was a fun experiment. Calgary trying to rebrand itself into something other than cows and oil, only to find out a couple decades later that is who it is. Like a teenager who wants to be "nothing like my parents, gawd!" only to grow up and find himself drinking the same coffee and reading the same newspapers as dear old papa.

It's nice that there was mention of how bad sprawl was in the official municipal series; unfortunately there needs to be better education about that type of stuff to other residents tho
