Sorry Makkele missed to say this in video. add Nallennai (sesame oil) 1 cup. Nallennai has high souce of vitamin E which is good for skin and hair. Karuppu ulundu has high source of protein which is good for bone, utreus health, boots energy level and rich in fibre. Add cashewnut to enhance the taste of the recipe. Have 1 ladoo daily to get its benifits.Store in air tight container up to 10 days and use.
