I can identify with how you approach this project--it's like cooking from scratch and each time it will be slightly different! Working and reacting to each step is crucial in a creative process. Love what have done here and I surely do want to do this one--maybe with my gel prints???

I really love this and love the clay based paint you used! I googled it and it doesn't come up at all. Another brand came up which is designed to use on furniture. Is the one you have fir furniture as well? Also I have no clue how strong the smell will be but it says it's non toxic. Storage space may be a challenge!🤣 It's called Made by Paint ,natural chalk and clay paint for furniture.

The clay based paint I used was made for furniture but works on pretty much any surface. It does have a smell but it’s not strong at all:
