Great find and a a bargain, I think. I found a German website about this set, unfortunately UA-cam doesn't let me post any URLs. The set appeared in 1982/83 (the site shows a catalogue picture) and the military vehicles were not part of it. These are Roco "Minitanks" btw.
The Lima website I linked supposedly has all Lima locos & sets listed, but doesn't have this one. So any info I can get would be excellent. So the models were not originally part of this set? Interesting! Thanks for that.
