We recorded this conversation together exactly one month to the day since Georgia won an olympic gold medal at Tokyo in the mixed relay triathlon, this accompanied the silver medal that she brought home in the women’s individual triathlon.
Georgia Taylor-Brown is a gifted and driven human who I got a rare chance to speak with about her experiences at the Olympics, including getting a heartbreaking puncture in the race, as well as her life so far, leading up to this golden moment.
We discussed post-Tokyo life, and the strange and often discombobulating process of coming home after reaching the dizzying heights of Olympic success.
