I’ve been to this exact place a couple years ago after a medical trip and I was surprised of how great the quality of the meat was being a street food stall. The food tasted amazing. I was so impressed I brought my residents with me and they loved it so much ALL OF THEM went back to order seconds for takeaway! We still dream about coming back there

Taiwanese here, for those who have never been to Taiwan, the steak on iron plate with noodle and egg is a very common street food in Taiwan. It is good for the price and the amount of protein it provided. However don't expect the steak to be on the same level as real steak house, the quality can't really be compared at all. You can basically think of it as Taiwanese's adaptation of steak by making it more down to earth and accessible.
That's more than fair. Street food is different. I find it more entertaining than sitting inside a building. These people really know how to put on a show while making meals. I hope you're having fun over there. I'll bet there are a bunch of those street food vendors all over the place. 😆
Too much money for some half prepared egg (that can consist in it salmonella and be very dangerous for humans if not good prepared!), too burnt or half prepared too steak (that is not good if not prepared good too can consist very dangerous viruses too) and a very little portion of noodles. Only for stupid tourists, that locals don't give a sh*t bout their health, but care only bout their money.
