I actually like the new design!!! No hybrid is a big mistake!! I have a maverick and this new refresh looks like win !
yep I'm considering a maverick ONLY because they're hybrids.. the truck is absolutely hideous inside and out but getting 30+ mpg's in a truck sounds like a dream come true

Having only the Santa cruz and maverick is like going to restaurant where people want food and all the menus has is mashed potatoes or rice.
It's unfortunate that there aren't more options for compact trucks. And it seems like it's going to be that way for a while. SPECIFICALLY in North America.
Thank the chicken tax and government safety & emissions regulations (that actually net _fewer_ MPG; and _more_ pollution).
Anyway, Toyota Stout will be released soon and isn't there a Dodge Mini trucklet- or did I imagine that?
@@lockandloadlikehell the Toyota stout Is an internet fraud..it's not being made anytime soon. Anything on UA-cam stating that it's in production is false..
But yea the chicken tax needs to go it's over 50years old, Same with the safety emissions it benefits manufacturers.
Darn I was hoping they would drop the dual-clutch trans for a conventional 8-speed auto or as Sam mentioned a hybrid version (but also with a 6 or 8 speed trans).
