  • In a game of Stratego, tactical mastery is crucial. But when the player forgot the location of his opponents General, the focus shifted dramatically. It was no longer just about strategy; it became a desperate race to outmanoeuvre the opponent while rediscovering the positions of the General and the elusive Spy.
Stratego is a two-player strategy game that is perfect for people of all ages. You can play with the traditional board or a smaller, compact version that is perfect for taking on the go.
The goal of the game is to capture your opponent's flag. To do this, you will use your army of soldiers, generals, and spies to outmaneuver and outsmart your opponent. The game is based on bluffing and strategy, and it is sure to provide hours of fun for players of all levels.
When I was a little kid, my sister and I got this tiny little game called Stratego. It was a small compact version of the big board game, but we loved it. It reminded us a little bit of chess, but with a more strategic feel.
After 30+ years, I found it on Google Play and started again my Journey of Conquest. I was excited to relive the childhood memories and play it again, but this time, online.
    I hope you'll enjoy it.
I highly recommend this game. 👌👌👌

I never understood why some players block themselves in like this person did, it really limits them. Great video.

@texaspatriot4215 Well, with practice you do it less and less but sometimes its just the case you are not completely in the game or the opponent is just that much better and tricks you to make a mistake.

GG! Both flanks bombed in 😂😂😂. Liked 2 see him shuffle like a DJ in panic wenn you approached the right flank in the beginning. The trading game didn't work out for this guy. Good job at staying patient. And making him guess from which side you'd infiltrate. I got a bit dizzy trying to keep track of the important pieces to be honest 😵‍💫

I know. That was the point. Since I forgot where his General is, I tried to do the same for him... but it was an interesting game to play. I was thinking of breaching one side but then decided not to, coz I was in a better position 😁

yeah, but as soon as you discovered 4 of his bombs, breaching one side would be a lot more beneficial for you. It would be much quicker way to win. As soon as you discovered his marshall, you could breach with your general and lotto any piece except the corner flag.

@sebson5821 I agree, the only problem is that he moved his General so many times that I forgot where it is. Ofc the Spy was close in the middle too so no way to go with my General. But ok. It went well. Thank you for the insight 😊

@@cavohiro if you did it instantly you would remember where his marshal is ;) and his general is not the problem, worst case scenario he would trade after loosing 3 or 4 pieces.
Also, if you dont have a good memory (like me) make sure to keep track on at least the most important pieces, like marshal and gen.

Guys like this are annoying to play. The keys to easy victory against them are scouting the flanks immediately once you see a side bombed off. In this case both sides were bombed off. Next pay attention to what has moved on his side of the board and if you are setup is geared for it, have a miner disarm one bomb on both sides and have colonels at the ready to attack each side. The idea is to draw the Marshall and general away from the centers and to keep attacking with your colonels until you find them. If you play it right, you can have a huge piece advantage while only being down 2 colonels and a few scouts. Plus, at that point they are forced to defend while you can bluff them non-stop until you decide to reveal your general and same with the Marshall. It’s much easier said than done but that’s the most effective way to beat these guys.

I agree.... was thinking of doing that, but also I didn't want him to penetrate my defence with his General. Maybe I was too cautious this time.
