Wait, I am confused. Isn't an auto-loss for any piece one-on-one against a miner when bombed-in (other than another miner, and then dependent on number of squares between respective flags)? Pretty sure the non-miner has to keep backing away until there's no space left to defend. This has been my experience anyway.
EDIT: The "when bombed-in" part referring to a situation in which there is one miner v. one scout and the player w/the miner has an open flag.
I am sure that it was not tie at the end. The game was absolutely yours.

There was no way for either of us to win, we both knew what we are doing and neither was going to make a mistake.
