I live in a community in Mexico where they would come by with some foods for sale in their cart. One favorite was elote. They would have the corn on the cob and friends would put the hot sauce on it with cheeze. I would have it in a cup with mayonaise and cheese and that was my favorite food for a long time. Now I like tacos de carne asada. Of course with onion, cilantro, tomates more or less todo que no pica mucho.

Gracias por este video. Me encanta comida de mexicano. Ultimamente he probado tacos de cabeza, tripe, y lingua. Ademas he probado agua jamaica y agua horchata. Ambos son muy rico. La próxima quiero probar esquites y michelada. Ahora estoy mucho hambre.

Funny thing happened to me when I was trying to tell the Spanish speaking waitress that I wanted some lime-aid. She kept saying what sounded like lemon and I kept saying "lime" ; it was kind of funny as I had to learn that in Spanish the way "lime" is pronounced sounds like the English word "lemon". Your video reminded me of that distinction.

Tacos al Pastor... with coriander, onion and lime. You forgot about the salsa... the all mighty salsa is 50% of the taco. You can't have tacos without salsa, that's a sin.
