"The game is based on a legend where a crew member was sending a message from a ship called medan asking for help. Eventually the message became random words as if the person sending the message died while sending it. When the ship was searched, tons of corpses were around the ship, and autopsies revealed what looked like a mass case of frostbite, except even in the 110 degree boiler room. All of the corpses had terrified looks on their faces, so it's always been one of those mysteries, but one of the really weird things about it is there was no record of it existing as a ship for the company that was supposed to own it. Some people suspect it was some sort of secret chem weapon or monster. Who knows? Well, no one, because dead men tell no tales."
