- Persepolis was founded as a capital of the Persian (Achaemenid) Empire in 518 BCE by Darius.
Pasargadae ("homeland of the Persians") was the first dynastic capital of the Persian Empire, founded in the 6th century BC by Cyrus II the Great. The tomb of Cyrus is in Pasargadae.
Naqsh-e Rustam is the necropolis of the Achaemenid dynasty of Persian kings: Darius I the Great, Xerxes I, Artaxerxes I, Darius II.
Persepolis and Pasargadae are on the UNESCO World Heritage Sites list, and Naqsh-e Rustam is on the tentative list.

To know that Cyrus the great wrote the first human rights decree (in the British museum today), and he lies in such a humble tomb is a tetiment to the grateness of this civilization. Thank you for your videos.
The dimension n time traveler..
The relics of Persia is gigantic & surprising in the size.and well preserved. 🌻
My dream to see the ancient sights of Iran. Such history and culture ❤
Wow, what an amazing magnificent and mysterious place! What a joy it would be to see it with a good knowledgeable guide, and even more if it were only possible to go back in time and see it in its full glory. Appreciate the subtitles of the famous kings, and thanks for sharing this.
Exactly my thoughts!
Thank you for showing the history and civilization of my country, Iran🇮🇷🙏🙏❤
Love to Iran from Pakistan💟

Dziękuję 🌷🎶
No páni, ale jedním slovem opravdu pání...
Dear Milosh, I couldn't find a single video between your videos that I can say it is not wonderful or fantastic.
ALL YOUR VIDEOS ARE WONDERFUL AND FANTASTIC. 👏💝👍😁
Grazie!!❤️🇮🇹❤️👏🏻👏🏻
I have heard the Greeks and Romans and Macedonians should have been Iranians too. I love ancient Rome and ancient Greece.
Beautiful, thanks so much for sharing these amazing places that will not be possible for most of us to visit!
Quanta história do mundo.
Obrigada por compartilhar.
From Brazil ...🇧🇷

How beautiful place it must have had been at the past. My imagination can see the men and women that buid and lived with inteligence, good work and mainly with Spiritual Purposes
One of more more good law enforcement were action that when a woman gots pregnant, she was paid until her child was born also child's father was paid to protect the child's father during the birth of the child and several months before and after of the child's birth.I hope you understand what I mean because my English is poor ,just a few months ago I started learning English with the help of UA-cam so this could have been and exercise for me.
So many things in this video remind me of the ancient sites in Peru, beautiful and baffling!
Wow! Beautiful! Love old place! Iran is beautiful and a safety country ‼️ I hope to go there one day!
Welcome
@@OshinAttari ... thank you 🙏!
Yet another stunning place on our planet Milos and, yet another place to add to my "visit before I die" list. Iran is such an interesting place...I compare the entire country to Aladins cave 🤗 Thanks so much for sharing💕💓💕
Don't compare Persia to some cave by Aladin!
@@newestflameneverdies The markets in some of the cities are at least as exotic as Aladdin's cave 🤗
@@Jetmab04 No, they aren't. Aladin's cave is ugly. 🤗
Absolutely Phenomenal. But at the same time quite a bit of reconstruction, relocation, repair, juggling around ... is clearly visible.
Yet another extraordinary Video from the One and only, Master Milosh.
❤Biutiful Iran Thank you very much 😊
GRACIAS from SPAIN
Thank you so much what a beautiful footage you took!!
There’s certain places Persepolis as one of them. And you’re taking just the perfect shots of them the beauty of Persepolis. Just like everywhere you’ve been I’m just I’ve just binge watching. Ha ha. Oh well it’s been a hectic month and now I treat myself and thank you.
🎯Absolutely magnificent & a awesome
leap backwards across history & time..
You have brilliantly captured the exquisite craftsmanship & beauty of this
ancient historic site.A masterpiece again
Thanks & bestwishes.. 🌟🙏♾️🌟
Modern architecture is no match for the beauty of Ancient Art.
Hi ya ,

Amazing arte!
Bucharest, Roumanie
In 2016 I visited all three sites, while conducting seismological research with Iranian colleagues. During tourist season the place is mobbed, but we were there at a quiet time when there were only a few dozen people walking around. I've traveled quite a bit but I've never seen anything to compare with Persepolis. Thanks for this lovely video to refresh my memories!
Ruins with a history of more than 2,500 years, "At the Persian Market" composed by Ketelby about 100 years ago, I'm sure you've all heard it once, caravans approaching from the desert, the bustle of the market, etc. It was something I often imagined when I was younger. This video of Mr. Milos that makes you imagine the scene of 2500 years ago the past that could be recalled from this song is amazing❣✨
Tan desconocido, y tan vello. Gracias.
@@Zurdo1956Lol wtf😂
A mighty empire is worthy of an equally mighty capital and it was from the seat of government at Persepolis that the great Achaemenid shahs exercised their power over Persia. One need only look to the city's majestic ruins as incontestable proof of this. Absolutely magnificent.
Thank you so much for the amazing beautiful video and the fenomenal music very appropriate for the amazing tour . I wish i could go back in time and see this magical ancient city a jewel that Iranians and the world should preserve . As well to all places with so much IRANIAN historic places the roots of what IRANIANS are now . GOD bless u all . Greetings from Minneapolis Minnesota ♥️🙏🙏🙏
I have been here and it is really grand!
Modern History only mentions in detail about the Greeks and Romans...the Persians were as important and as relevant in that era.
Persian king World ❤️❤️❤️❤️🇮🇷🇮🇷🇮🇷
This is the most comprehensive video of Persepolis I have ever seen.
Thank you to the makers for such detailed video.
Wish there was tourism to Iran….I would love to visit all these historic sites….lovely photography …..thanks for sharing…❤️❤️❤️❤️🇺🇸
It seems it was an ancient empire , here they lived a life full of accessories, it was magnificent and glorious, as wall as they were very hardworker and intelligent , thank you sir you collected so many Master pieces from past times
Wow, extraordinario!
Don't you think that some civilization has created that look alike, but no one discovers?
Amazing... Thank you
This very beautiful place in iran
The most magnificent culture, the most beautiful history in the oldest country in the world. It is unbelievable
The artwork is out of this world. This makes me want to cry. It’s so beautiful.

Saudações aqui do Brasil 😊🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Do you know about real women's rights ? When there 3000 years ago woman was paid when she gets pregnant until several months after her child's birth also child's father was paid to protect and help during birth. Workers injured on the job were also paid until they were able to return to work and their salary was some meat, gold and wine .I heard that the UN charter was written based on the decree of Cyrus the Great, the king of this ancient site.
Akenaton among the Egyptians had already conceived the one God, symbolized by the Sun. The Persians in the figure of Zoroaster resumed this belief in the one God as well as the eternal struggle of good against evil , this in the 6th century BC. The Persians founded a wonderful civilization. The West always devalues what is not Greek-Roman, a pity.
The Western hemisphere has always been an appallingly ignorant space.
The Persians did not resume the sun worship of the Egyptians. However, the ancient Egyptians got acquainted with the Mithraic monotheism religion of the ancient Iranians through the Hittites. The Mithraic religion was born in ancient Persia over 8000 years old. According to that religion, Mithra was the goddess of light, whose symbol was the sun. He came to earth to save people from darkness. The story of Mitra's birth and life were the same as that of Jesus Christ. The current Christianity was also created during the time of Constantine by merging the original Christianity with Mithraism. Mithraism was the dominant and popular religion in Rome at that time.
Great location and a pleasure to see in such detail. My young brother got to see Persepolis about 2 weeks before the Ayotollah came to power. The rock cut tombs at both sites have a striking similarity to parts of Petra and some of the sites in Saudi Arabia. 👀👍
Petra is in Jordan not Saudi Arabia
Also Persepolis is Older than Petra
@@OshinAttari He did not say Petra is in Saudi Arabia.
And, he did not say Petra is older than Persepolis.
@@gregcarter8656
Okay my English is not good
@@OshinAttari petra, jordan is just one part of the nabatean kingdom which encompasses palestine and saudi arabia too
Hence, similar rock cut tombs
About which is older, nabatean is successor of kedar which exists side by side with babylonian empire, long before achaemenid exists
@@OshinAttari Petra Existed since 500 BC how it is not older?
Wow... wonderful place... amazing video.... great work as always 👍👍...i enjoyed the video very much... thank you so much... may god bless you and your team for sharing this superb video sir 👍👍
Thanks for this. The royal tombs were particularly mysterious and compelling.
Stunning camerwork
Film 10 little Indians 1974 shot here brought me here
When I see these beautiful, massive old cities, I wonder why later peoples didn’t come and build on the foundations. ❤️🤗🐝
Amazing... To omit these places from main education is like denying previous supercivilisations existed. Their rise & demise is of concern to us all.
My thought as well.
Thank you for this and all you share🕊
Super
Great video, I love it thanks 👍👍
WONDERFUL !!!!! WONDERFUL !!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!!!

Incredible magnificent place. Thank you for sharing.
Excellent illustrations of the disorder of entropy. The one thing we can absolutely count on is change.
Dziękuję i pozdrawiam. Widać moc. Ula. :)))

So magnificent.
Looks like midway between ancient Egypt and ancient Rome.
It isn't. 😂
The great king Cyrus. This is the only ancient city that eminates an aura of peacefulness

Fascinating photos and videos of this...but oh, to have traveled to and actually walked among these magnificent ruins and try to imagine their original splendour...mind boggling!!!!

Epic💛
Thank you for the video friend 🙂
Just Amazing ❤❤❤❤❤
How beautiful it would be today had Alexander the Great - not destroyed it. It is beautiful, but how glorious it would be had it not been destroyed. Thank you for this. I loved seeing it.
I believe Artaxerxes ( Artakhashyarsa ) literally meaning the king with the just and good reign, sepulchre was shown and identified as Darius II.
Very nice and very interesting too. Thank you
Professional photography, and great music! Was that David Arkenstone? The British graffiti, the lizard doing pushups, pauses in all the right places. Top notch, and thank you
Thank you brother, its so great
Very nice video clip!!
Thank U!!! 😊😍😇
