I love this home. Toya has great decorating styles. The house is not too big nor too small; it's an excellent choice for the price, and very cozy as well. I rate this home a 9.5

I'll rate it a 10 Toya has great taste and you can tell she put a lot of thought into decorating her home and it shows am sure her new home will be just a grand as this one!!!

I remember all of their cooking videos yearssss ago in that very kitchen. This was definitely a nice home for her and can’t wait to see the next home she will be purchasing as a married woman

Love the accent walls and the fire place the island in the kitchen and the hardwood floors. The trey ceilings the walkway and the color scheme the large walk in closet. It’s a beautiful house well decorated. Congratulations toya and Red.

I thought it was distasteful and disrespectful. The title clearly says "Toya Johnson" yet he introduces her as "Toya Carter"? Then mentions her entire marriage history. Why?

I love Toya! Overall I rate this house a 7. To think that you could once get 6500 sq ft for half a million makes me wanna cry. Those days are gone and I don't think they're ever coming back. He said this house sold for $925 K.
They will be back. Give it about two years.

I love this house. I’m not a fan of the gas stove in the middle of the kitchen island like that but all in all the house is beautiful, the decor and that backyard 😍😍😍 9.5 for me.
I loved this house! The only room I was not pleased with was the master bathroom. It appeared a bit outdated and did not match/flow with the rest of the house decor. I rate this house at a 9.5.

I rate it an 8...I think the kitchen was lacking as well, but she had it decorated beautifully. Also thought it should have had a pool for that type of money. However it was a very nice home.
Love the home! It is beautiful. Surprised it didn’t sale for more in this market in Marietta. Comps in similar neighborhoods and similar styles are now over a mil in parts of Marietta. Overall I rate it an 8.5.
I give it a 15 because I love the Color Grey, So I noticed every room had Grey or Black Tones but each room was accented by a bright rich color (Royal Blue, Gold and Mirror accents, I'm like you, didnt like the kitchen, it needed a little Personality 😊 But over all, I loved the House.💯🥰

Nice front exterior, the front entry nice plus the staircase. Nice decor, the kitchen too much white, need color. The bedrooms are nice and spacious 👏🏽 nice walk in closet 🔥 now the backyard l/ patio area is 🔥🔥 lots of privacy, I rate it 9.9✨

Beautiful home is awesome, amazing.
This house is spacious and I can tell that it has been upgraded because the master bath looks dated, and does not flow with the rest of the house. In fact, this floor plan is in our subdivision and whenever our builder wants to impress new clients, this floor plan is the one that he shows, allegedly. Love the living room and the master bedroom retreat too. I would rate it 8 out of 10. The various upgrades is probably why she was able to get top dollar for the sale. Gail McBride.
The bathroom would definitely looks better with white marble tiles or something more modern and sophisticated.

Now this home is really nice!! Why can't Toya Bush-Harris and Eugene(M2M) get something like this, that they can afford and wouldn't have to move every episode. That would get on my last nerve!!!!

The home is nice. But, the kitchen could have used a pop of color and I didn’t like the cooktop being on the island. And the master bathroom look like the house was built in the early 90’s. I loved the high ceiling in the living room and the accent walls were great. So I would rate this home a 7.5 overall

I give it an 8 ….. I really love the home…. Her house actually looks like a home that you could comfortable in …. It’s not overly extravagant to wear you are scared to touch anything 😂….. I didn’t like the kitchen because I don’t like the stove on the middle island…. And I didn’t like the wood and brown tile in the master bathroom

The out side of the house looks like 2 or 3 diffirent houses together, but still nice, the inside beautiful, the stairs are GORGEOUS. The floors would have been nice cherry wood, the kitchen nice, but the floor could have been a shining white. Over all the house is nice, I rate it 71/2
