I like the decor of the old house best. The new home seems to be more homey and down to earth. The different style may reflect a new mindset or to keep certain people off her back….. I give the first house shown a 5 because of all the windows and the yard. I give the second home shown a 6.

Regarding the decor and style the old house is more appealing. The new house is more spacious and screams old money. I love to see these black women winning. It inspires me to be better.
The first one reminds me of Grama's house- nice and cozy 7. For the 2nd one, I give an 7.5. I thought you were going to show the home she lived in while on the show. With the blue furniture. It was more eccentric.
Both were georgus..I like the inside of the old one better, it looks live a lot of love was put into the house, loved the new on as well, she lives like a princess. She Probably had too many memories in the 1st one of her and and the 1st husband..
It would be helpful if you could be more specific and give the directional area, zip code, landmarks etc. of these homes. To just say the home is in Atlanta is so broad and doesn't really tell us anything. EX: NE Atlanta, NW Atlanta, SE Atlanta, etc etc etc.
I like the new home better since it has a pool and an extra in-law house. I rate the new home 10 because the furnishings shown inside are the previous owner’s and Phaedra has since redecorated.
The new home has an old décor that takes away from what I believe could bring out a much better look for the inside of the house. The Old home décor is much better, more elegant feel than the new yet both are very nice homes. The new should represent the cost and my opinion, it doesn't vibe that way, except for the outside.
I'm here to say I love both of her homes one is a little classy and one is a little country but both of her homes are beautiful I love angel have always had good taste.
I love All the houses but I would prefer smaller "no steps" one story homes like phadras but no with no stairs simple not too fancy because nobody needs all that room when you don't use them just my opinion its not like people!e got 10 kids running around. I give it a 10 the first one the second 7 because its too big.
I don't see where you can really be comfortable in the New home, she had two or three rooms that looked like living rooms, th the older home had a room with a Sectional couch, that's where you can kick your feet up and relax and watch TV, I will say, I am happy for Phaedra and all she has accomplished in her life.

With a little up grading on them both they could be lovely homes. I must say I kinda like the old home better. I like the extravagant look of the new homes exterior but the look of the interior of the old home with some upgrading of course.... remove that horrible wall paper in the dining room!
