I've been making the clove rince for my boyfriend and it works wonderfully! He was having a lot of pain in his gums (which are receding) and it relieved it within a week or so. Thank you very much for your channel.
I am so glad to hear he is feeling better!
Thank you so much for informative video

Great video, thank you. Can the turmeric paste treatment be combined with Triphala mouthwash? I,e using both with an hour or two spaced in between? Will that speed up the healing process for gigivitis? Thanks!
There is no problem combining the two. It should speed up the healing process!
Thank you so much! Will give it a try
Thank you for this video. I noticed my gingivities disappaered completely after swishing with natural aloe vera gel a for a few times! I had my teeth cleaned today and was told that my gums never bled! However I have lost bone and I am trying to figure out what is causing this bone loss. Is there any possibility that the aloe vera go deep into the bone area and help heal periodontal disease?
When you mention pickles, do you mean the sour pickles like the ones sold at the movies?
Hi. I am so happy for you! Aloe vera is amazing!!! The good news is, studies have shown aloe vera helps with bone formation so you should continue using it! I am not sure what kind of pickles they serve at movies but yes, I meant sour kind that are preserved and slightly fermented in vinegar, brine, or other solutions :)
I am looking to stop the daily use of chlorhexidine to treat my gum disease. I have experienced bone loss and gum recession. I have some pockets that were 9’s but are now 6’s. My dentist recently treated those pockets with arrestin. I told my dentist that I want to discontinue the use of chlorhexidine. I told my dentist I would research an alternative and send her the information. Will the things you suggested work to shrink my pockets? Also I heard that turmeric stains caps…is this true?
Hi Helen. What I have shared in this video has helped many people. It should definitely help you as well. However, if you are taking any prescription medication, please consult with your doctor / dentist before trying any alternative treatments. And yes, unfortunately turmeric stains caps. All the best to you!
How come my gums are good but bone loss under gum? No cavities-either. How could i have peridontal disease?

Hi David, dairy often causes inflammation in the body. Since there is already inflammation in this case, it is best to avoid dairy. I hope this helps answer your concern.
@@KeysofHealth thnx for your answer and advice. I m no one to tell you what is good or wrong to eat but there are some informations that eating cheese is good for oral health!
