It's the lights...awesome. Your enthusiasm is so contagious on this. I'd be definitely pulling in strangers off the street if I pulled this off. But you make it look like it could actually work! Gawjus!
Laura, you are just so adorable yourself!!! Love all of your videos but this was fun!! "Flying by my easy-light pants" Am loving that Concord and ninth Poppy red too!! You make gorgeous cards and this is a stunner!!! Love that entire stamp and die set!!
Oh my gosh, Laura...I am so proud of you!!! Your card is beautiful and I love the lights! I've never done a light-up card, but I will be trying it now...Thank you so much for your tutorial!
I won’t lie, I was a little giddy when I saw your name on the list of hoppers. Your card was pretty epic, and you definitely nailed your first light up. Ya killed it, Laura💡❤️
Sweet little scene.....I love that you worked it so the EZ Lights shine through the windows. I'm like you.....I hate to write Push Here on my cards. You did a great job 😊 Hugs....Janie
Super cute card. I love Concord and ninth cardstock it’s wonderful. I’ve steered away from the light up but I’m getting closer and closer to purchasing them.
Love this card! I am a sucker for little houses and the Pear Blossom lights really make it sparkle. I made a killer Halloween card last year with them. They are so easy to use and we effective!
Laura!! You made this look so easy! I’m getting ready to make a few this year, and it’ll be my first time, too. So glad I have your video to refer back to!! Great card, and you’re so right about that cardstock!!!
I'm laughing as I'm watching your video because I feel exactly the same about wanting nothing to do with light up cards.... but after watching this hop and your reaction, I'm going to try it... thanks for encouraging even if you don't realize it! Huge fan, keep showing us cards, you're brilliant!! TFS 💜 🎨
This is definitely a fantastic & really CUTE card - LOVE it! I have never done a light-up card.....like you, have always been intimidated by it, even though it makes very fun cards. SO .... you've given me inspiration to try it! I also like houses, geometrics, etc, etc!
Count me in with your family! I totally agree that this card is sensational! You deserve to be giddy over your achievement! I, for one, have never had the nerve (or patience) to try a light-up card. But you do make it look pretty easy and the result is worth the effort! 💡 Congratulations and thanks for the wonderful video!
You did amazing Laura. I love your card!! I always watch Cassie Trask's video's and she uses these lights very often and gosh... How much I want them. 😂 Can't seem to find them here yet
Wow Laura, this is so pretty! Lol, I agree the C&9 red cardstock is phenomenal. I'm also partial to their lighter pink and aquas. I'm already on my third pack of their mixed paper. I'm going to have to break down and buy full packs of each color.
This is amazing and I lol'd when you talked about the red cardstock and each time had to stop to explain what you were doing :D Always get a kick out of your videos bada boom bada bing!
I love the card! I have a few tips for you. Try placing regular vellum behind the card panel after you punch your holes. It helps hide the light works. Frosted vellum behind the card panel can add warmth to the card. Also, you can use an anywhere hole puncher to make the holes for the lights if you want them smaller, and lastly you may want to put a flap in the back of the card so that the battery can be easily replaced. ~Lisa Martinez-Morrow~
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS CARD LAURA!!! You did a FABULOUS job sweet soul!!! Press on Christ to shine the light, gotta love that, so true!!! Healthy, Happy Thanksgiving, so grateful for you!!!
Beautiful card, as always. The depth created by the foam tape has diffused the light quite nicely. I've made a couple of cards with the basic lights and I used vellum behind the hole to diffuse the light and it really makes a difference. I hope the different types will be available in the UK, they look fun.
Just finished watching Jennifer McGuire’s video. I didn’t even realize there was a light up blog hop. Your card is darling! I’m afraid if I made light up cards for my grandkids, I would never be able to equal or top them! 😂
Lovely, super cute card. Do you think a manual hole punch would have been easier to make the holes behind the windows? Just a thought. I agree, Christ is the light of Christmas.
A Japanese screw punch would allow you to make holes in the background where all your windows are and it would be much faster than die-cutting. You can find one online easily. Still, ya done good!
I love this and YES, Christ IS the light of Christmas! Thank you for saying it with your out loud voice. ❤️
Love the light of Christmas. 💜
oh wow. the details are amazing. I agree with your husband. I showed this to my husband and you got a HOLY MOLY. highest praise!!
It's the lights...awesome. Your enthusiasm is so contagious on this. I'd be definitely pulling in strangers off the street if I pulled this off. But you make it look like it could actually work! Gawjus!
I just totally love watching you craft. Yes, most certainly, Christ is the light of Christmas
Laura, you are just so adorable yourself!!! Love all of your videos but this was fun!! "Flying by my easy-light pants" Am loving that Concord and ninth Poppy red too!! You make gorgeous cards and this is a stunner!!! Love that entire stamp and die set!!

So cool Laura! Love that you put the light under Christ cause He definitely is The Light! Enjoyed this video and love that card!
Amazing! You could print inside your card to press the sentiment so you don’t ruin the front.
I love everything about your card! Great design and colors! I've got to add these lights to my stash!
