Butter Cake - ബട്ടർ കേക്ക്

ബീറ്ററോ മറ്റു തയ്യാറെടുപ്പുകളോ ആവശ്യമില്ലാതെ അഞ്ചു മിനിറ്റിൽ മിക്സ് ചെയ്തെടുക്കാവുന്ന ഒരു ബട്ടർ കേക്ക് റെസിപ്പി…☺️☺️
Butter cake
Sugar-quarter of 1/2 cup white and rest of the half cup brown( total half cup) Powder this
Eggs large 2 nos
butter melted 75 gms
milk half cup ( Mix with melted butter to coolen it fast)
baking pow-1 tea spoon
baking soda-1/4 tea spoon
salt -a pinch
Vanilla essence-1/2 Tea spoon
mix all in order
then fold in 1 cup of maida
Pour to a buttered pan and bake over a preheated oven for about 25 minutes
