I have never eaten such a delicious dinner. This is the best way to cook pork ribs. My grandma was delighted. Very tasty and simple recipe. This recipe is insanely delicious. The main thing is to cook with love!
Preparation and ingredients:
2.5 kg pork ribs.
Rinse the ribs with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Spread the ribs with Dijon mustard.

Let's make a spice mix:
2 teaspoons dried garlic.
2 teaspoons of peppers.
2 teaspoons brown sugar.
1 teaspoon chili pepper.
1 teaspoon of black pepper.
Mix well.
Sprinkle the ribs with spices on all sides.

Salt the ribs on one side and the other.
Line a baking sheet with foil and parchment.
Place the pork ribs on a baking sheet and wrap tightly.
It is important that the pork ribs are sealed tightly so that there are no holes through which steam can escape.
Place in the oven for 2.5 hours at a temperature of 160°C / 320°F.
Remove the ribs from the oven and open the foil.
Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
Place in the oven at 250°C / 482°F for 10 minutes.
Let's prepare a side dish for the ribs:
2 sticks of celery.
1 cucumber.
1/2 peppers.
1/2 sweet apple.
Greens (dill, parsley).
2 teaspoons French mustard.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
Mix well.
The salad is ready to serve.
