Selling concrete is a new low. Sell a rail or a hubba or some old skateboards and some obstacles used at the facility not useless boring concrete.

Old Berrics is iconic but no way in hell anyone should be spending money on a piece of concrete. Why not just open the place to the public? Turn it into some kind of attraction for skaters, a museum, a store, a skate club (kinda like paying a fee to have access to the park).
Instead the berrics is just wasting time, money and resources.
