Regarding the process, I can do the process online, I can install the certificate correctly, everything works perfectly, but in an attempt to do the offline reporting, when inside the physical Ihm, I select to add the template, it just doesn't show up. I tried to create several templates, but to no avail. I'm on firmware version 18, and even then the error persists. Is there a specific certificate to create offline repporting or does this one you created meet both types? The process I'm referring to is the same one you do at instant 4:40 of your video.

I have the same message that you have at 5:01 on your video and don't found the template as you have at 5:24. It seems that my SD card is not read biut when i open my File Browser i see the X51 and several folders and files. Can you help me please. Best regards
Deat DerHecht, i am trying to report 5 tags and every try is ended by empty report. I tried setting the time range according to the tag, relative time, etc. None of it worked and the report is always empty. I would like to check the saved data, but I don't know what software to use for checking. Can you help me please? Thank you.
Hallo DerHecht4.0 bin momentan an meiner Techniker Arbeit mit Unified v18 muss diese aber allein ohne Unterstützung machen. Somit hätte ich da ein Paar fragen wäre es möglich Kontakt aufzunehmen ? Grüße Mathias
Hello Thanks for the videos. I make it to the report executing, and showing in the reports tab, but it never completes with the green check just loading symbol only. Also never errors. When I go to the SD card it shows some .tmp folders but no XLSX report. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I found that a FAT32 sd card straight out of the packaging from retail does not mount. However if I format it with the "Default size" on the file allocation table, it works to a much smaller size that then mounts correctly. Having the SD card work is important. Have you found a way to operate storage"target" of report without the SD card, maybe to a USB instead?

I have managed all the steps you recommend, but still have not establihed the connection in Excel. "No connection to server..." Any further recommendations for firewall settings, user rights, certifcates would be helpful. Best regards, Juergen
Hi Jürgen, this error message can have many causes. Does it work locally with the simulation? do the time and time zone between the PC and panel match?
Good morning, When I open Excel, under "WinCC Unified Reporting" instead of the User Login, I get an error that says "add-on error" and under "the content is blocked because it is not signed by a valid security certificate"
Good day, Have you tried reading string tags in the report template? Everything looks ok while creating the template and all string tags are read normally. As soon as the template is uploaded to the panel, string tags can not be read and they stay as blank in the report. Also I found that there is a problem with updating tag values. All tags in the unified panel are "Cyclic in operation" and when generating the report, the values are not updated. I need to read all the tags manually in a script before generating the report in order for this to work. There is no way to set tags as "Cyclin continuous". Best Regards
Good evening Dimitar, I recheck it. I have the same issue. My Wstring is empty after executing the report on the unified Panel. I have updated my Panel to the latest version (V17 Update2) but the behavior is still the same. I will have to look again in detail in these cyclic issues. Does it happen only with online tags? In most of my use case for reporting I work with logged values and didn’t notice there any wrong values.

What Excel build are you using? Sounds to me like a problem with the Excel version.
