Honestly, bangs for curly hair are usually a big no, especially for round faces, but the layers can work really well and the volume part is the most important
I stopped attempting to "balance my round face by trying to make it look oval" when my face looks "oval" I just look normal... nothing stands out. But when I try to embrace my round face I end up standing out and receiving compliments. Round faces are inherently cute and soft, inseat of conturing and trying to make my face look sharper etc, I now wear pinky blush in the center of my cheeks to make my cheeks rounder and squishy, eye make up that is cute like doe eyes, and voluminous curly hair that is also rounded and adds volume (think rounded curls like marylin monroe but longer hair). It works out like magic. And I started getting noticed "you look like a doll" "you look like marylin monroe" "you look adorable" instead of "you look puffy". Also take note that curly hair looks AWSOME in rounded faces, round curls are in harmony with rounded faces for a more romantic look. Don't try to look more "balanced" embrace the qualities you already have, if you have a cute rounded face, embrace that cuteness and you will stand out, don't try to copy the snatched ladies, they have their own charm, they will attract people who like that type of charm and you will attract people who like your own natural charm 😉

curly hair looks awesome on round face, i wish i had curly hair and not wavy(its also damaged alot) hair bc i look SO GOOD with my hair curly(it draws away attention from my wide face) but i need to do an overnight "blowout" every day(plus its still uncurls to my natural waves when it's humid outside)
I have wispy/see-through bangs with long, layered hair that tend to be wavy if I keep them natural. Also noticed that high ponytails or buns really suit me, as said in the video.
