Recycling soap is one of the most fulfilling processes and it not only ensures you save money but it helps conserve the environment.

Yes, even better if you can shred or grate them. This would work best with dry scraps

Yes that's possible however the challenge with that is that introducing harmful chemicals and strong scents to a blender used for food is not advisable. However if you have one dedicated for crafts, go for it

Yes it can but you really have to regulate the heat , otherwise most of the soap with burn and harden
